Industrial connectivity covers the serial and fieldbus interfaces that link PLCs, CNC controllers, meters, sensors and legacy terminals to modern PCs. The range includes USB-to-serial converters, RS232/RS422/RS485 interfaces, isolated repeaters and multi-port serial cards.
This equipment usually stays in service for ten years or more, so we keep chipsets and mechanical designs stable, publish driver support for current Windows versions and Linux kernels, and offer wide-temperature and DIN-rail variants for control cabinets.

Questions fréquentes
RS232, RS422 or RS485 — which one do I need?
RS232 is a point-to-point link up to about 15 m and is common on configuration ports and older instruments. RS422 is differential and reaches roughly 1,200 m point-to-point. RS485 adds multi-drop, so up to 32 devices can share one bus — that is what most PLC and meter networks use.
Do I need electrical isolation?
If the equipment is far from the PC, on a different mains supply, or connected through outdoor cabling, yes. Isolation breaks the ground path between the two ends and protects the host from voltage differences and surges. For short bench connections inside one cabinet it is usually not required.
Are drivers available for Linux and current Windows versions?
Yes. We publish signed drivers for current Windows versions and support mainstream Linux kernels. The download tab of each product lists the exact driver packages, supported kernel versions and release notes.
