■ Your USB‑C port must support DP Alt Mode. 8K@60Hz requires DP 1.4 + DSC on source, adapter and display; 8K@30Hz without DSC. It is one-way: USB‑C to DP only, not reversible.
■ Connect directly to your device. Do not pass through uncertified hubs. This adapter carries only video & audio, no PD charging or USB data. Mild warmth on the metal housing during use is normal.

■ A conversion adapter for computers with USB Type‑C output port supporting DisplayPort Alt Mode to connect to monitors and TVs with DisplayPort input port.
