Documentation — the paperwork, in your language, under your brand

Manuals, quick start cards, datasheets, warranty statements and packing lists written for your market and printed with your order. This page sets out what we produce, the languages and formats available, the approval sequence, and how the files reach your support team.

To importers, distributors and brand owners selling into markets with rules,

Tittron — the B2B division of FlykanTech — invites you to treat documentation as part of the product rather than an afterthought. A manual in the local language, a quick start card that matches your brand, a datasheet your sales team can quote from, a packing list that clears customs: these are the documents that decide whether a shipment lands, lists and sells without someone opening cartons to fix them.

Documentation is produced by the same organisation that writes the technical content and builds the hardware, so the manual describes the unit that actually ships. Translations are done against the current specification, not against last year’s model, and the layout carries your brand rather than ours.

Tell us the markets, the languages and the formats you need. We will return a document list, the per-language cost and the delivery date — and every file stays on a Cloud Disk your team can pull from at any time.

What the service actually solves

Documentation is the last technical step before a product reaches a customer, and the first thing that fails when it is treated as a formality. Wrong language in the manual, a missing importer address, a datasheet that quotes last year’s ports — each one turns into a support ticket, a marketplace rejection or a customs question.

We produce the whole set against the specification of the units you are buying: manuals, quick start cards, warranty statements, datasheets, packing lists and carton labels. Content is written from the engineering source, laid out to your brand, and printed in the same run as the hardware, so the box contains the right paperwork for the right market without a second packing operation.

The digital set is delivered as well. Every document — source files, PDFs, artwork and certification references — sits on your Cloud Disk, so your sales, support and marketplace listings can pull the current version instead of asking for it.

From market list to printed set

  1. 01

    Markets, languages and formats

Tell us where the product will be sold, which languages are required by law or by your channel, and which formats you need — printed, PDF, or both. We return a document list with the required set per market.

    • Legal language requirements checked per destination market
    • Importer, manufacturer and support details confirmed before layout
    • Printed and digital formats quoted separately
  2. 02

    Source content from engineering

Technical content is written from the specification of the units in your order — ports, resolutions, power, LED meanings, supported modes — rather than from a generic template.

    • Written against the hardware revision you are buying
    • LED, mode and behaviour descriptions match your customised build where one exists
    • Safety and compliance statements matched to the certified build
  3. 03

    Translation and localisation

Content is translated and localised for each market, including units, date formats, regulatory statements and the importer address required on the document.

    • English, German, French, Spanish, Italian and further languages on request
    • Localised regulatory wording, not a literal translation of the English text
    • Native review of each language before layout
  4. 04

    Layout to your brand

Documents are laid out to your brand guidelines — logo, colours, typography and support contacts — so the paperwork looks like it came from your company.

    • Brand-consistent manual, quick start card and warranty statement
    • Your support address, phone and website in place of ours
    • Icons and diagrams redrawn where the template needs it
  5. 05

    Proof and approval

You receive proofs of every document in every language, approve them, and the approved set becomes the reference for the run and for future reorders.

    • PDF proofs of the full set before printing
    • One consolidated approval covers print and digital versions
    • Approved files versioned and stored against your reference
  6. 06

    Print, pack and Cloud Disk

Documents are printed with your order and packed with the units, while the full digital set is uploaded to your Cloud Disk for listings, support and reprints.

    • Printed in the same run as the hardware — no separate packing step
    • Print quality and language checked during inspection
    • Digital set delivered as PDF plus source files on request

What we actually do

Manuals and quick start cards

Full manuals and one-page quick start cards written from the engineering source, laid out to your brand and printed at the size the packaging requires.

Datasheets and specification sheets

Sales-ready datasheets with ports, resolutions, power, dimensions and compliance statements, produced per model and kept in step with the hardware revision.

Packing lists and carton labels

Packing lists, carton marks and shipping labels generated from your order references, so customs clearance and goods-in do not require anyone to identify the contents by hand.

Cloud Disk library

Every document stored on your Cloud Disk with its version, so listings, support answers and reprints all use the current file instead of an old attachment.

Three ways programmes usually start

Standard set

Manual, quick start card and warranty statement in English, printed with the run and delivered as PDF. Included with most orders.

Market-ready set

The standard set translated for each destination market, with localised regulatory statements and your importer address, plus datasheets for your sales team.

Branded documentation programme

The full set laid out to your brand across your whole range, with a shared template and a Cloud Disk library your support team pulls from directly.

Who this invitation is for

Importers and regional distributors

Businesses that need local-language documentation and importer details as a condition of selling in their market.

Retailers and marketplace sellers

Sellers whose listings need a compliant datasheet, a local-language manual and documentation that survives a channel review.

Private label brands

Brands whose manual, warranty statement and support contacts should carry their name, not the manufacturer’s.

Corporate and education buyers

Deployments that need documentation matching the customised build, including LED meanings and default behaviour.

The resources behind it

These sit inside the same organisation — that is why the work can be quoted, built and shipped as one programme.

Engineering as the source

Content is written by the team that maintains the specification, so the manual describes the unit that ships rather than a description inherited from an older build.

Printed where the product is built

Documents are printed in the same plant as assembly, which is why they are packed with the units instead of arriving separately and being stuffed in by hand.

Cloud Disk

Manuals, datasheets, artwork and certification references in one place, versioned and available to your team without a request.

Compliance alignment

Regulatory statements in the documentation are matched to the certified build and the market, so the paperwork agrees with the declaration of conformity.

What buyers ask first

Which languages do you produce in-house?

English, German, French, Spanish and Italian are standard, with further languages on request through our translation partners. Each version is reviewed by a native speaker before layout, and regulatory wording is localised rather than translated literally from the English text.

Can the documentation carry our brand and support contacts?

Yes. Manuals, quick start cards, warranty statements and datasheets are laid out to your brand guidelines with your logo, colours, support address and phone number. For private label programmes this is the default rather than an option.

Do we get the source files?

You get print-ready PDFs as standard and editable source files on request. Both are stored on your Cloud Disk with a version number, so a reprint or a listing update uses the current file.

What happens when the product changes?

The document set is revised when the specification or the certified build changes, at no charge for the languages already produced. You are told which documents changed and why, so you can decide whether units already in your warehouse need new paperwork.

Is documentation needed for customs clearance?

Packing lists and carton labels usually are, and some markets require the manual in the local language at import. We prepare the set for the markets you name as part of the order, which is why we ask for the destination list at the brief stage rather than after production.

Get the paperwork right for every market

Send the markets, languages and formats you need. You will receive a document list, the cost per language and the delivery date.
